This is a culture we really can't take credit for. In large measure, our culture has been fostered by our people. Our people care about each other, and sometimes find surprising ways to offer encouragement and support. We are motivated to protect and foster this culture. It really comes down to not taking ourselves too seriously, and being intentional about making others important.


We make it our aim to go the extra mile for our customers. Over time, this translates to customer loyalty – customers who won’t leave us to save a nickel. Loyal customers allow us to be generous with our team, compensating them for their best effort which in turn breeds more customer loyalty…you get the picture.
